ETHNODATA policy on Quality Assurance

ETHNODATA’s primary objective is to design, develop and offer quality information technology products, solutions and services which:

  • utilize modern technological developments
  • fully satisfy customer requirements
  • fully comply with the legislation and regulations applicable

In this context, ETHNODATA has established and applied throughout the Company a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the ISO 9001:2008 standards.

The Management of ETHNODATA is committed to provide the necessary resources to ensure proper implementation and continuous improvement of the Company’s QMS.

The continuous improvement of the QMS and therefore the provision of quality information technology products, solutions and services are achieved by:

  • increasing productivity
  • decreasing production costs and faults during development
  • personnel training and continuous personal development
  • increasing customer satisfaction
  • maintaining functional equipment in optimal condition
  • the absence of working accidents
  • further process improvement
