The Company offers a wide range of IT products, solutions and development services, consulting and SAP implementation services as well as Core Banking Solution System T24-Temenos services, aiming at the qualitative and long-term cooperation with the companies of the NBG Group.

Having implemented many complex Financial IT Solutions, ETHNODATA has invested strategically in the Financial Sector by applying best practices and state-of-the-art technologies, used by global Financial Institutions.

ETHNODATA designs, develops and offers integrated Professional Solutions & Services to the NBG Group, and has implemented several solutions in the area of e-business . The Company’s solutions consist of its own products or those of its strategic partners, combined with the provision of management and integration services in line with the specific business environments.

Another major activity of ETHNODATA is the provision of Consulting Services to the companies of the NBG Group, aiming at the improvement of their operations and efficiency.

Furthermore, ETHNODATA after the merger with its subsidiary ETHNOPLAN, provides SAP Services and Core Banking Solution System T24 – TEMENOS Services, through a specialized Business Unit for the implementation, operation, support and further development of the common business model (Model Bank) for the international subsidiaries of the Group, which is based on Temenos T24 platform.

The "NBG SAP Competence Center" established in 2000 by ETHNOPLAN, has been certified as "SAP Customer Center of Expertise" for the number and range of the supported systems and services provided, such as implementation of best practices leading to cost effective and efficient installation, maintenance and operational support services.

The Company’s Software products are the result of extensive knowhow developed by its human resources, based on modern methodologies and international development standards, certified by ISO 9001:2008 and ISO/IEC 270001:2005, which guarantee the reliability of the software from design to operation and maintenance.
